Filed for uncontested divorce
Filed for uncontested divorce. NC doesn’t require the other signature. Just for them to served. Even though I stated this numerous times they wouldn’t listen. I ended up having to go to the courthouse and do the service myself. Asked for a partial refund. Not a whole one mind you. I finished what I am paying them to do for me. They told me nope and that was the end of it. Update: They have since offered a partial refund after a little bit more back forth.

The whole process is very confusing
The whole process is very confusing. Most people getting divorced are clueless on this and it wasn’t made clear enough

No Payment Plan
I was told I was going to get a discount cause I was charged all at once and not the 4 easy payments on processing a perchase, but then was told they couldn't do anything about it. It was like $30-$60 less of the $600 I was charged but all in Divorce I guess we just have to keep loosing until it's over. Other than that don't ask till the last. I'd love that discount though!

After the fact, no attorney available
Divorce.com was enable to provide an attorney in my state. My money has been refunded for legal advise. Website is difficult to navigate. Could not find a way to make revisions to the start of my paperwork without submitting and then needing to request from Divorce.com to release documents for updating.

Still waiting
Not explicit enough on filling forms. Had to go back several times to form Waiting to long for forms to arrive I did pay for express handling
