This is not the "TurboTax" of divorce
This is not the "TurboTax" of divorce. They filled out the bare minimum of the forms, leaving most of the 39 pages blank for us to fill out. For example, you tell divorce.com "I am employed" and it checks that one box on the form for you, but then leaves 2 pages of tax and income information blank. The instructions say to just send it in like this, which I don't think is legal... The phone representatives can't answer any questions because "they're not authorized to give legal advice" but "can get you a lawyer for an additional fee." So in other words, Divorce.com fills out like 1-2 pages worth of stuff on a 39 page report, and you pay $39/mo during the entire process till you finally hit "submit" and figure out they did you no good for hundreds of dollars (since this often takes months, and you don't see the final product until all answers are finalized). Then they try to sell you the lawyer you should have hired in the first place. I was expecting TurboTax of divorce, but this feels more like a sham taking advantage of people at the hardest time in their lives.

Thanks for this feedback. It sounds like there might've been some issues with how your forms were generated. We're following up with you today via email.
