Terrible Refund Policy
Be very careful of their refund policy. If you answer just one question on their forms you can only get half your money back within the first 30 days. I think this is a terrible policy becuase you are essentially charged 50% for seeing if you will even like their service. For this reason I don't recommend them.

Steer clear of this company
They charged me $599 for the service, not mentioning that it didn’t including a filing fee.

We'd love to include the cost for court fees, but because filing fees often vary by county, they're not included in our pricing. Our check out page and our FAQ page both disclose that the court filing fees are not included.

Not truly "online" divorce
I was looking for an online divorce, which is legal in my state. Looked through the website, filled out the questionnaire, and paid my $299. Immediately realized that this is not really an online divorce - they just generate your paperwork "online" and you do all the work yourself, including physically going to court. I requested a refund and was denied. My fault for not reading, but I feel this is not very clear when there are true online divorce options available. I will count this as a loss and use a legit attorney who can do this 100% online with no physical appearance for only a slightly higher price.

Never received any product
Never received any product. No paperwork. No divorce ANYTHING. Horrible service. Getting my money back
