SCAM ARTISTS AND CROOKS
These people are crooks and don't ever fall for it. I took out a loan for solar panels and there are multiple HIDDEN acceleration provisions that will make you break your bank. Also they don't care about you at all. You are barred from removing the panels and take it to a new residence even though contract doesn't state this. They pretend they care but then secretly STAB YOU IN THE BACK by putting a lien on your property without even telling you, barring you from selling it. EVEN AFTER YOU REACHED OUT TO THEM IN GOOD FAITH to find a mutually agreeable solution. All they care about is making money off you and nothing is about saving the planet or giving better access to solar. IT'S A SCAM! DO NOT EVER GO SOLAR UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY CASH FOR IT. It will not increase your property value and will not save you a dime! If you live in an area with falling home prices, well, good luck because YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE PANELS. You'll have to pay for it in FULL. Simple question: WHY I TAKE OUT A LOAN IF I HAVE THE CASH SITTING AROUND?

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your solar panels from one home to another for a number of reasons which we have previously discussed. This is why we offer our customers the opportunity to transfer their loan to the new buyer if they prefer not to pay the loan off in full before closing on the house.
