Shipping issues
After extensive research, I discovered the “Oceanic VEO 4” console that I desired was offered at Divecatalog.com, but they were unwilling to ship it to a (FPO AE) address. AP and AE addresses are typically located overseas, but they are also US domestic addresses. Consequently, there is no additional shipping charge for shipments to an AP as it is in California and AE is in New York. The only requirement is to complete a Customs Form, some retailers choose not to do so and that’s where the problem lies. In summary, for individuals residing at these addresses, it is necessary to ship the package to a family member or someone within the United States to receive it. This additional expense significantly increases the cost for those of us serving with the US military. Consequently, this is why divecatalog.com is receiving three stars.

We ship to FPO, APO, and DPO addresses but there is normally a shipping charge associated with the order since most of the addresses are overseas.
