Pésima experiencia con District 5. Compré un vestido que nunca llegó. He intentado comunicarme con la tienda para resolverlo, pero no recibo respuesta y mucho menos el reembolso de mi dinero. Es inaceptable pagar por un producto, no recibirlo y que nadie se haga responsable. La falta de atención y de una solución es desesperante. No recomiendo comprar aquí. Exijo una respuesta y la devolución de mi dinero.

Ordered a dress and it never came. Finally got a store and ordered something again and it never came! Called multiple times with no resolution even when I actually spoke to someone. Then finally they told me my store credit had expired when I tried to use it multiple times. They stole over $1200 from me!

Never received my dress from over a year and a half ago. I have a balance of 4000 and they stopped communicating and answering me and I have no access to my credit. No phone answer, they post things like god is good on their instagram but steal.

Worst experience I ever had with a website. Although the website mentioned that they had a gown in stock, they hadn't, and they refused to refund the money. All other gowns were more expensive. I preferred to give up my money than to order a new gown and experience the same situation.

She got new website and took all the customers money from the old website district 5 boutique and opened a new one called district luxe and as everyone now know she took all the money no designer will work with her and send their dresses to her so she is making the dresses herself lol. !!! SCAMMER btw look for the company register name if you want to report plz all of u report her new site ao they know she is running a scam company + if you want to file a lawsuit Use her new name “Diatrict luxe” and look for the real registration owner for the company! as she is using the bankruptcy as Excuse for your report she told me that

Warning to anyone considering ordering from District 5 Boutique: I placed an order months ago and never received the dress or a refund. I repeatedly tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram with little to no response. Meanwhile, their ads continued appearing constantly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, this has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Please be careful before placing an order.

Ordered a dress in February 2025 that was supposed to arrive about 4-6 weeks later. By April I still hadn’t heard from this company about the status of my dress ( which I needed for my daughter’s engagement party) so I called the manufacturer myself. The dress ended up being very cheaply made , didn’t look at all like the website so I shipped in back and never received a credit. I have been contacting them for over a year and got a response that they’re waiting for the dress to be returned to the warehouse to issue the credit. BS bc I tracked the shipment and it says it was delivered to a house in NJ . Then they “ revamped “ their entire site probably to keep from getting caught for their illegal activities , as I now see other reviews on Reddit etc that this business is a scam. Stay very far away from this shady business!

District 5 Boutique received a single star because that was the lowest possible rating I could submit. I have had an ongoing issue with District 5 Boutique for more than two years, with absolutely no resolution. I am presently crafting a letter to the BBB to lay a formal complaint against them. After which, I will seek legal counsel to file a lawsuit against District 5 Boutique. I ordered and paid for a dress in 2023. The dress was never delivered( They ceased production), yet they utterly refuse to refund my money. Hazelle, one of their customer service rep, has been dishonest and lied several times to cover for District 5. While I was awaiting the above merchandise, I ordered a second dress that was described as a maxi dress. After several months, the dress arrived soiled and was a midi with a huge split in the back of the dress. This was not included in their description of the merchandise. I took pictures as they instructed me, and they told me to return the dress. To this date, they have not refunded my money. Hazelle stated that the merchant is no longer with the company. This is merely the tip of the iceberg. I can go on for days about the lies, the dishonesty, the hide-and-seek, and the silence. Please take this review seriously. Think long and hard about doing business with District 5 Boutique. The guile and unprofessionalism will frustrate and leave you flabbergasted. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They are morally reprehensible. I am owed over $4,000, which they refuse to repay. Jen Harvey
