I am very pleased with the services that I have been provided. However, their were some items in my work that were missed (i.e. ensuring each section follow the qualitative checklist). Moreover, I was concerned at the amount i have paid and amount of time that was used up. By the end of second session, I had thirty minutes left and was told I needed to add more minutes despite not getting to everything that needed to be fixed. Overall I really impressed because the feedback that I have received has helped me with the alignment of the paper. However, on the negative side, their is still stuff that my assigned chair said was missing in my paper. This is crucial because I need to ensure I follow the checklist and that my paper aligns. I am more concerned if I am getting my money worth despite major gaps in my paper based off the qualitative checklist.
