If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered from them over a month ago. I haven’t received my goods yet. I tried contacting them, and all they say is it’s on its way. In broken English. Buyer beware!

I ordered a dress on November 15. It arrived a month later, no it’s not located in Chicago. They sent the wrong dress and won’t give me my money back. I ordered a beautiful boho dress and they shipped me a piece of crap dress. They are arguing that I received the right dress even with pictures of my order and from what they sent me. At first they offered me $4 and then $8 to keep wrong dress. I paid $49! They must be blind and stupid. Wanting me to ship back the wrong dress which would cost $30 and offering a tiny refund. I have gone on to my credit card issuer to get my money. I will not stop until I get my money . I wish that I could show the pictures

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 different colored jackets.5 weeks later I received 2 tan jackets. One was defective which I found out when I gave it as a gift. My nephew couldn't get hi¹s arm in the sleeve. Clearly it was made improperly. Long story short, I tried back and forth on email to get the company to send me a return label. Sent a pic like they asked. They kept offering me $20 to keep it! It cost $99. Told me it would cost me alot cause it had to be sent back to China! I clearly shouldn't have had to pay for a return on a defective product. I communicated with them for over 3 weeks with no result. It was awful. I told them i was going out to social media and filing a claim with the BBBureau. My credit card company is also challenging the charge. I hope this review deters other buyers from dealing with this company because I wouldn't want someone to go through the same thing that I went through. No more buying from NEW ONLINE COMPANIES. STICKING WITH DULUTH AND THE DEPARTMENT STORES I KNOW.

I ordered 4 2 shirts annd 2 sweatshirts. The sizes they advertised were not accurate, they run extremely small. The fabric advertised was not accurate on 2 of the items. The print on one of the shirts was blurred.I have tried to work with the company to return and get a refund, and they are offer to refund $10 when I paid over $100.I ordered in good faith to receive quality products. I’m willing to send my order back to the company in the US where it came from but they want it sent back to China for a full refund. They lead you to believe the company was in the US and religiously affiliated, and was going to donate money from my order to the hurricane relief.This company is not trustworthy, and makes me question if any money was even given to the Relief Fund for Hurricane victims as advertised. I will NEVER buy another product from this company and advise you to take your business some place else. VERY disappointed! They do not take returns as they state.

I ordered 4 sweatshirts and it took almost a month to receive them. 2 of the sweatshirts were decent, I wouldn't say High quality in material or printing and two were terrible. You can't even make out what it says. I have tried to work with the company to either get a refund or a replacement for the 2 with terrible quality and they are offer to refund $7 each, with no replacement as an option. I ordered and paid $26 each in good faith to receive a quality product, only to receive 2 defective products. This company is not trustworthy, and makes me question if any money was even given to the Relief Fund for Hurricane victims as advertised. I will NEVER buy another product from this company and advise you to take your business some place else. VERY disappointed!

I tried to cancel my order only 24 hours after placing and I was told the next day it was shipped . It’s been more than 2 weeks and they say they shipped and couldn’t cancel. This screams SCAM!!!! Beware of this company. I almost never write negative reviews- but I’m so angry when companies lie and rip you off!!! And the irony is they sell Christian products. They should be ashamed.

I am more than disappointed with this order. I am 2 weeks out and it is still overseas. No delivery date updates. I had ordered this for a specific event we are going to this weekend. Thinking ordering it more than 2 1/2 weeks prior to the event I would have them. Really disappointed.

Horrible company 2 months for order to come then they wanted post office to charge additional postage which I already paid for! Wouldn’t refund seems like a scam! I’ve ordered from many companies never once a company like this. Order with caution
