Excessive install fee
The crew did not have the correct tool to drill through the brick of our church. They got lucky and found AC line for the cable to follow into the building. I ended up in the attic doing more of their work. The install is working but the fee for the work provided was excessive.

Commercial installations are priced higher than residential ones, and your fee covered all equipment, the mount, the cabling, and the installation itself. Routing the cable along the existing AC line gave a clean entry without drilling through the church's brick.
