Money taken and no update
Money taken, no update to tracking in 9 days. Super hard to get a response and super poor communication. Won't be returning. Chris constantly needs reminding via email so not impressed with customer service skills.

Tried their reta and it did absolutely nothing, pretty sure all the good reviews here are from people in their creator program… must be selling water or something

Scam alert!!
I placed an order the other day, received an invoice, and paid it promptly. Since then, I haven’t received any order confirmation or update. I also contacted customer support, but I haven’t received a response. What’s frustrating is that before I paid, they kept sending reminders about my order and payment. Now that they’ve received my money, there’s been complete silence. The lack of communication feels very unprofessional and, unfortunately, comes across as quite scammy.

Horrible logistics strategy to include…
Horrible logistics strategy to include shipping. Paid for my items and was told two day shipping. It took almost 1.5 weeks just to ship it out and that is after switching shipping carriers. Not sure what the issue really was but I ended ordering from two other reputable companies and the their respective shipments came in 2-3 days later, lol. This company has been dropped from my list immediately

Lost order, no communication
I placed an order on Friday 3rd of July, website and message I received says it was shipped on the same day. Today Wednesday night there is no information on the tracking number. FED EX says they have not received it, label was only created. Yesterday Tuesday I sent a question via the online form, today I emailed in the morning and also called but no response. Can I please know what is the next step ig fed ex never got the package and it’s been 4 business days? If I paid shipping insurance, do I get my money back? Here is the tracking number 382413838829

Shipping is terrible
Shipping is terrible, Paid for fed ex for 2 day shipping been 7 days now has even been shipped fed ex says they waiting on package tried giving them another chance same issues.
