I love Discount Mugs but on my last order, Jessica Utria went above and beyond. She was friendly, responsive, and immensely helpful as I was making a rush order. I look forward to working with her again.

I have never worked with Discount Mugs before, and had a few questions. I was lucky to get Washington Montenegro on the phone! He was so polite and helpful! He was patient while I threw several different scenarios at him, while I tried to decide what was the best decision for me to make! AND when I asked about quality of a product, he gave me honest assessments, and recommended the product that he would use. I can't wait to get the bags I ordered!

After working with some other companies I was hesitant to contact another one but what a great surprise! I spoke with Hebert del Villar - and placed my order DM1629060. My questions were answered quickly and the pricing was great! I highly recommend.

I was unsure of finding the right company promotional item and figuring out the whole deal . I called the 800 number expecting to be forwarded overseas but I was pleasantly surprised with the US based professional that assist with the selection, pricing, delivery aspects. With Hebert del Villar's help, this took all of 15-20 minutes....and the items will be delivered in less than 2 weeks.

I had such a great experience placing order DM1612524 and having Hebert del Villar as my contact. Very helpful, polite and friendly person.

What every owner of a business wants of an employee.... What every customer wants, needs, and should expect.... ......someone like Hebert del Vilar!! The help Hebert offers is that of GREAT customer service! Thank you for your guidance on Dm1612418A. Will definitely be ordering with his assistance again!
