Refused to accept a return on a defective product. Told me we won’t do nothing go to the company for their warranty. This is for a week old order and stopped working after one use.

I ordered a package claimed would be delivered by we’d never showed up for my trip that was on Saturday. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund and go to a tackle shop and buy the lures I ordered all without the money I initially spent. Hopefully they make it right otherwise I will be sticking with tackle warehouse who has sent me replacement packages next day when this happens.

Bought a time sensitive fishing rod and the company did not communicate for 5+ days. Called directly and was given the 'well it's not shipped by us, the vendor's notoriously unreliable, they don't communicate, yada yada...' so I cannot even cancel the order real time and receive a credit nor any idea when the item will be shipped let alone arrive to fish the spring run. Most fishing sites tell you what's in stock, what's not, etc. Never again. On a better note, the service rep was extremely pleasant.
