I placed an order on November 27 for AirPods, and still have not received them. Have sent a couple of emails asking for a tracking number, but received no response. Their website says they provides a tracking number but no live tracking number was ever provided. I have no idea if this Purchase will ever arrive. If it does, I will come back to this review and note that. Perhaps a thing that frustrates me the most is the lack of communication. It is December 22 and I’m a little panicked that my gift will not arrive in time and I’m not getting any kind of communication from the company

*Item never delivered* Ordered 2nd Gen Airpod Pros on the 2nd of December. By the 7th of December I had tracking information from USPS saying that a label had been printed, but the item was never delivered. I held off, thinking that the status would change, but after a few days reached out to them on their website. I got no response. I tried twice more to reach out to them via their website and email, and was not responded to either time. I tried calling, but every connection/routing option on the phone service main menu opening is a prerecorded message telling you to reach out to them via the website. Now it is the 20th of December, I have no tracking information other than a label being created. *Edit: 12/21/23 A representative of the company contacted me via text message on the 21st of December following my review. To make things right, they are pending a refund for the item in addition to keeping the original order open. The refund was received the same day on the card that I used for ordering. I still did not get my question about the shipping answered, but will update when it is. Edit: 1/4/24 Product was never delivered. Got a refund after doing a mad runaround (see above). Seems sketchy. Couldn’t get back in touch with the agent that reached out to me before. I would not recommend this company.

Runnnnn far away from this website i placed an order on Nov 27 literally didn’t get a shipment update until Dec 11 in which the update was only of them creating a shipment label it is now Dec 19 i have contacted them 3 times with no response !!!! They do not respond and i feel like i was scammed out of my order luckily i protected myself by using Klarna instead of straight cash but I’ll never order from this site again and don’t recommend you do so either check the other recent reviews a lot of other people are having the same problems

I ordered airpods did not get them because of delays, so they refunded my money,

I ordered AirPod pro in November (27 Nov) and received a shipment email with tracking on 1 December. The tracking information still shows that USPS is waiting for the item. Only the label has been prepared. I have called and emailed but with no response. This site has been a true disappointment and I advise everyone to avoid doing business with them. I am continuing to seek a refund.

I purchased AirPod pro 2 on December 11 th saying I’d receive it in 3-5 days - … tomorrow is the 19 th and I still never got even an email saying my item was sent . I have sent them an email 2 Days ago and still No Reply . I needed these for my daughter for Christmas and no idea if they will even be here by then . Horrible Customer service . I’d give it a “0” !! I Do Not ever write reviews and idk if this even is a trusted site .
