Looked okay, no smell, and very harsh with no taste

They send me a 550 range product for the 1000 dollar one. Then acted like it was me. Then when they seem the pics they tryed to send me 150 to make up. Dont trust these scumbags

I'm glad I came here first I now know not to waste my time and money.

The bud is fine and all but the customer service is trash and it took them nearly 14 DAYS to ship out an order that I paid THREE DAY SHIPPING on. I’m now outta smoke, the people that threw down are out, and I will never order from them again. Lazy people. Takes ONE hour to weigh out my bag and put it in the mail. Not 2 weeks. I wanted to cuss so many times in this review but I refrained. They screwed me over and I won’t forget it. Trash company.

supposedly ships in 2 business. ordered sunday and still no update or emails. I genuinely hate to be that guy. I’ll update this review if my experience gets better. i hope that my experience improves. I don’t want to leave them with a bad review. all the reddit reviews have me afraid to even email them and ask about my order. i’m very annoyed when i paid $60 for shipping i expected the shipping to be as advertised. i guess not.

Did a concentrate order for $300, called after 72 hrs as they say it could take 2-3 days in warehouse, as I write this my order is processing, called twice, if you call they are just in a hurry and tell you check email and hang up.
