Hi GT, The type and kind of licenses we are able to obtain change depending on what is available to us. We recently sold out of multiple online activation licenses (it looks like you bought the last one), and could only obtain single phone activation licenses of Office 2019. We did however, ensure that our product description and installation instructions were updated to reflect that prior to restocking with the new licenses, plus we lowered the price to be fair to our customers with the single activation and having to spend a little extra time on the phone activation process. We strive to ensure that our descriptions are always clear and accurate at time of purchase.
