What went wrong was the package i ordered still hasn't arrived i ordered it ending of December and it s almost a month that I still haven't got the tracking number , I ve checked and it says processing still to this day So I reached out customer service to cancel the order and refund my money and this is what they said " I m sorry there is no refund and you may not cancel once the order is placed and also if you want to return it after receiving your order you may not return it i apologize " that s not right! It hasn't been placed in to send out to me it won't be much to cancel the order it hasn't been placed anyways I'll def never ever order from discount hq surprise box again ... I'm stuck with it and no choice to wait they may take their time for whatever reason it is as they wouldn't tell me why it s taking too long ! Do not order from this place !
