DO NOT USE! What a scam, they look like a genuine company but I got totally fooled. I got an email with a receipt and tracking number straight after my order - but unfortunately my goods never arrived. I have sent several emails to their support contact to check in on the delivery and then request a refund - but not one response - it seems their customer service team does not exist. Worst purchase experience I've ever had.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, terrible attitude by staff. Terrible company to deal with cancelled my order within 10 mins of decided I did not require to be told fine we will refund, still no refund then rang again to be put on hold 0n 5 occasions then cut off. Also email on several occasions no response. Alarms bells rang then, Rang today as still no refund after 10 days and told item was dispatched then cancelled then they will refund again, so wait another 14 days for refund. Asked for a manager to be fobbed off, so I will be amazed if I ever receive this refund and it’s not like I ever received the product either.

I have used this company in the past a few times and have always received the product within a week of purchase. I made an order on the 28th March and still haven’t received anything, I contacted them through email and got told my parcel was due to be on a plane within 24hrs and would be with me in 3-4 days, this was 3 weeks ago. I also emailed them 3 more times after the first enquiry and have heard nothing back. Very alarming and will not be using again after this.

I have had a similar experience to other customers using this supplier. I ordered Melatonin on the 1st April and have not recieved the product. I also appreciate the situation with Covid but have emailed the company through it's website twice over the past week and have not received a reply. This morning I searched and found Jason Irmler on F. book who I believe to be connected to this company. I'm not a friend on F. Book but have sent him a message asking for a response. I paid through PayPal and will be raising the issue with them if I still do not get an answer.

Item ordered 31st March never received. No response to three emails querying order status. Money taken. Beware.

Ordered Aleve Naproxen from this company at a cost of £28 including postage. Instead they sent me a bottle of Ibuprofen that I could get in any supermarket for £5. I’ve written to complain three times but they haven’t bothered to reply so I’ve raised as a dispute with PayPal. I don’t know if this is a scam or not but, from my experience, I would suggest that anyone thinking about doing business with them should think twice. I have been cheated and it’s likely you will be too. Avoid at all costs.

My order tracking has been stuck for 9 days and no one answers my emails don’t risk losing your money

SCAM. THIS COMPANY DOESNT EXIST. THEY ARE USING THE PANDEMIC TO SCAM PEOPLE. IT'S A DISGRACE. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS SAYING THAT THEY GOT THE PRODUCT. I DID IT BEFORE ORDERING. THEY TOOK MY MONEY 1 MONTH AGO. UNTIL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING. PLEASE BE AWARE. IT'S A SCAM. THANK YOU.
