I ordered from this company twice and had no problem, the orders took a few weeks to arrive but coming from America and the pandemic i didnt expect anything else, i was kept up to date about the orders by email.

I have (as many others seem to) used this company for years. I also have been unable to place an order since covid. I genuinely don't believe they are as has been said "scammers" I hope they do come back soon as they offer good products at fair prices

I've used DHP for 5 years without a problem and placed an order in April which turned up 6 weeks later but I knew this was due to Covid. But since then I have been unable to order . It looks like paypal may have block this seller due to poor reviews which has to a large extent been beyond there control due to Covid

Well they took their time but the bottle of melatonin arrived. I ordered on 7th May and they arrived 16th May. The little tracker link they gave kept me updated the entire time with the journey. I was nervous ordering after seeing the recent reviews here but trying to get hold of a legit site that sells melatonin is near impossible in the UK. I also figured people were not taking into account the delays caused at every stage by coronavirus when they wrote their reviews so I took the plunge and ordered. The bottle arrived without problem, plastic safety seal all intact around the top. They even put the $4 off the shelf value and not the full price they charge in the customs declaration sticker so it won't get stopped for extra taxes here in UK which I thought was good of them. All in all I can't fault the service I received, I will of course edit this in the future if I do experience problems.

Good service, very little communication from them but good quality products which always arrive within 2 weeks which is fine considering its US to UK. Been using them for over 2 years and never been let down
