Received my order (melatonin tabs) 9 days after ordering. I did contact the company after 7 days and got an immediate email response to say they had been dispatched. Very pleased with service and product.

I've just received the Melatonin caps that I ordered, it took 6 days which I think is fantastic. I was skeptical that they would even arrive but for £14 I took a shot. Amazing, hopefully this will help me with my sleep. I'll definitely order again.

I don't know why this company is getting such a bad press here, I'll presume some reviewers have an agitated form of OCD and cannot wait for an overseas shipment. Here's my experience of the company: I placed an order with Discount Health Products and then checked here as an afterthought. I need not have bothered as my worried email to the company was answered straight away by Jason who informed me that all was in hand and my order had already shipped the same day. Ordered some sleep aid pills and they didn't arrive. I contacted the company and they were happy to resend at no additional cost. There was excellent communication via email throughout this process.

Confirmed dispatch within 24 hours and item arrived within a week, no problems!
