Ordered a product which didn’t arrive but customer service excellent at helping resolve Royal Mail delivery issues. All resolved now and grateful for such good empathetic communication.

Great service though it took a bit longer than expected. I was worried it was a possible sdam so i emailed customer support and Jason explained the situation to me. i will be using this website again

Had an issue but it was resolved it just take time for them to get in touch with you but they do eventually but well packed good product

Delivery Very slow with delivery, i have not yet received any updates either on delivery.

Package not delivered yet, tracking does not work, email sent to you this morning asking you to follow up. Rating may improve subject to your response. Update The company replied promptly to the email and have given a delivery date.

Received my order which was held at customs for a week but Jason kept me updated with the delayed delivery and has rectified any issues experienced. Thanks Jason. Excellent service

Items arrived although it took 2 weeks. One week after ordering, I had read the reviews on here and feared the worst. I received a reply the following day to tell me that the parcel should clear customs in 3 days. Finally arrived today, correct items in package etc. It's a shame the company doesn't have a store in the UK to speed up the delivery process but glad to say that I got what I paid for.

Arrived by courier a few weeks after order placed from UK, good condition. Looks all ok.
