Absolute rip off. Ordered an item, nothing arrived after 2 weeks. Emailed them as they don’t have a contact number. No reply. 4 weeks now and nothing has turned up

Received a product that didn't work as it should have, the company gave me store credit in the amount paid for the original product, i purchased the same item again, didn't receive it. I would be happy to change this negative review to a positive one if the problem is ever rectified.

Order didn't show up. Discount Health Products never responded to messages sent. No tracking info. My best advice would be to avoid using this company, they might advertise the products cheaper, but you won’t receive them. Using PayPal to retrieve funds. They don’t even deserve 1 star!

Order didn't show up. Discount Health Products never responded. No tracking info. One month later nothing. Hit and run, take your money scammers - I've found a mix of negative reviews stating the same, and some reviews which provide 5 stars, but upon probing, some appear and some are fake. Using PayPal to retrieve funds.

Website must be a scam, no delivery, no replies to emails and PayPal instantly granted a refund on opening a case. AVOID!

The website is functional until you get to the checkout. After you have created an account and given all of your details and ready to pay, up comes the message "...no available payment methods for your state." I tried to send them an email using their 'orders' address, which bounced back with a failure notice about the domain! BEWARE!

Thanks for the feedback. We had shut down for a very long time due to COVID postal delays and non-deliveries. When you last tried to order, our payment gateway was down. However, we are back up and running now with 7-9 day deliveries to the UK. Duties are paid so nothing will be due. I bought some professional effects 3D crest whitening strips from this website - they took ages to come! Secondly, these strips didn’t whiten my teeth at all! All I experienced was extremely sensitivity. I’ve used the real 3D crest whitening strips before and they dramatically whitened my teeth from a different company which leaves me to believe these ones were fake! I contacted customer service about my disappointment and they never responded. DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF MONEY!!!
