Easy to use website but sold out of filter I normally buy. Bought a "comparable" which is substantially cheaper so assumes it doesn't filter as finely. Hope it fits!

Easy to order. I was able to search websites to get free shipping instead of $7.00 minimum charge. Would rather write a review AFTER product is received. That is how the overall experience should be rated.

You have what I need at a reasonable price. You keep my previous orders so I don't have to search again. I just pick buy again I'm done. I wish you would default to user ID and password instead of sending a text to phone.

It worked. There is always a concern about the company mining and re-selling my personal information, and I am definitely not a fan of that. It would also be nice if they would divulge an estimated delivery date at time of order. Like many companies, I am sure that they will "sit" on my order for a few days before actually shipping it, even though they already have my money. Additionally, I had to do a lot of digging to find out the FOB location so that I could try and make an educated wild guess at an ETD. It turns out that USWF is located in Zumbrota, MN, so I am assuming that is FOB point. Shipping is merely listed as "Economy," although no actual carrier(s) is/are indicated. Why they are so secretive, I have no idea, but I find that a bit disturbing. What ever happened to company pride? I love my USWF RO Tankless filtration system, but ordering replacement filters is a bit scary.

Correct size @ a fair price & free shipping. Few can even compete!
