Jose M. answered all my questions promptly and succinctly. I'm a refugee from another provider who abruptly shut down, I think I'm going to like DiscountCatheters.

Jose has been sensational, caring, and supportive in all of my transactions with his company. In the world of medical supplies, you hope for someone who will be a teammate and who has compassion for customers. Many thanks, Jose, for making everything so successful. Harold

I have been a customer of Discount Catheters for years now. My orders have been processed quickly and efficiently each time. Recently, only half of my order was delivered by the carrier. The photos of the boxes were blurry in one case, and of a wall in the other. Both boxes were marked as delivered over five minutes apart which was also suspicious because the boxes only weighed a little over six pounds each. I contacted Discount Catheters and asked them to investigate. They responded promptly and said they would look into it. Happily, Jose and the Discount Catheters team followed through, and the missing second half of my order arrived yesterday afternoon. I am extremely grateful and thankful for Discount Catheters‘ excellent service. I will be their customer for as long as I use catheters, and I recommend them to anyone who needs catheters or their other products wholeheartedly and without any reservation whatsoever.

Every time I go shopping for a better price somewhere else, I end up back at this store. You might think there’s a trade off for the low prices but the customer service is always prompt, courteous, responsive and respectful.

Mariana went above and beyond! She listened to my concerns and when I was unable to complete my order online she did it for me step by step in the chat.

I use their service when my insurance drops the ball, Jose w/ customer service was extremely helpful.

I have ordered from Discount catheters for quite a few years. Jose Naveda has been very helpful anytime I asked and he responds right away. Great support

I was frustrated with a system glitch that was charging me incorrect shipping and emailed customer service about it. Mariana was right on top of it and got back to me immediately. Not only that, but she took care of the problem VERY fast for me and was very friendly and understanding. I really appreciated that! The prices on what I need on a daily basis are fantastic as well! Thanks so much!
