Service has been good, but I did purchase a Holter monitor, by the time the box came I tried to send it back, I was told that they were non-refundable by Discount Cardiology (DC), after calling the manufacturer, and have a doctor call DC about the issue, they finally agreed to take it back. I was refundable from the start
