We're so very sorry that you had a bad experience. While we do not stock or ship items (we're a discount-shopping service and not a retailer), we understand that extended ship times are no fun. We make an effort to inform customers on our website (and direct communications) that shipping timeframes are ALWAYS long for large items (lighting, furniture, and appliances) and even longer now because of nationwide supply chain issues due to COVID-19. We're sorry again that this happened and that you had a poor experience.

Our nationwide retailers are struggling to keep up during COVID-19, which has led to supply chain, inventory and customer service disruptions (on top of countless legal, regulatory, and policy issues). If you reach out directly to the retailer, they are the best contact to assist you further. On our side, we'll be refunding our discount-shopping fee for you in an effort to help turn this around. There will be a total of 2 charges - a portion of the charge will be from Discount Bandit and a portion will be from the retailer that ships the product. The total amount you will be charged is the listed amount of the product on discountbandit.com, plus any applicable sales tax. Our fee is already included in the listed price of the product. There is nothing additional. We make an effort to disclose this during checkout, on our website, and in various direct communications.

We would like to apologize for this discount-shopping experience that did not live up to your expectations. We make it a priority to inform shoppers on our website and through direct communications that shipping is never fast with our discount-shopping service but it is always free. Large items such as appliances, furniture, and lighting can take up to 6 weeks. COVID-19 has led to supply chain & inventory disruptions as well as countless legal, regulatory, and policy issues for many of our nation-wide retailers. In short, they are struggling to keep up and we are so very sorry that these delays are being passed on to valued shoppers such as you.
