The support is non exist-able by the time they get back to you your key is either over or your banned.just not worth the hustle just buy from somewhere else

DO NOT buy from them!
DO NOT buy from them! Scam do not buy. I sent 60 dollars for the external but on their site they said they didn't receive it. I messaged them in discord support for a very late response. They asked for the hash id for the transaction and my email but never responded to any other messages.
