I am beyond impressed with the customer care! My next purchase will be very soon. As a consumer, we can make purchases just about anywhere, whether it be on the internet, local shop, but I was so impressed with the customer support that I tell everyone how awesome my experience was with DHD. P.S. this is one of the best prices for FASS filters, get um while you still can. Thanks again to the DHD team for all your hard work Sincerely, your new long-term customer Jim L.

Product was as advertised, shipped out quickly. But cost of shipping was outrageous. Shipped in a box instead of a padded envelope which costs more and then thr shipping labl was about $8.50 and was charged $16.99. Made 100% profit on shipping which is a bit much.
