Bought the canister upright last year and belt broke this year. The replacement belt from dirt devil doesn’t fit on the vacuum so after asking me to send multiple videos proving it’s not working and cutting the cord so they can send me a replacement, they sent me a cheaper version of the one I had!! They didn’t not tell me they were sending me the cheaper version, offer me the difference, or a refund! Extremely dishonest and poor product and service!

Do not buy this vacuum cleaner. I think this product was produced as a joke. It is not worth the waste of money, resources or time. Who builds a vacuum cleaner that isn't easy to empty or clean out? The roller gets choked with hair etc after about a minute of use. I wouldn't even buy it to use in my car. Save your money and get a Dyson. You can seriously vacuum about a 1sq metre area before it's overloaded. Useless.

This is my 2nd Dirt Devil Endura Express. After my 1st one lost the ability to suck. Stupid me goes out to buy another one. This is the hardest vacuum to replace the red top back on the canister after cleaning. I'm so disgusted with this thing. I swear I'll Never buy another Dirt Devil. So now I have 2 with broken tops. I'm going to try a Bissell. If anyone wants these 2 pieces of junk, come get them.

I have a Dirt Devil Turbo+ vacuum, it’s ok for the price with one exception. It comes with a “Turbo Floor Tool”. This is supposedly meant for carpets and is merely suction powered, meaning it’s a piece of crap that doesn’t work especially on any kind of shag carpet. It was ok at my last place as it was all hardwood but now I have some carpet and end up vacuuming it inch by inch with the hose only. Dirt Devil is not on my “buy again” list.

je suis bien déçu de mon aspirateur balai DD 778-1. il a bien fonctionné pendant 2 ans et comme par hasard il dysfonctionne au 25ème mois lorsque la garantie n'est plus effective ! il marche désormais par intermittence.....après consultation d'internet il semble que je ne sois vraiment pas le seul :(
