14K franco chain. All was as claimed. Gold content checked by my jeweler and was accurate. Size was as ordered. Gram weight was a little under; However (and this was impressive) a refund was issued for the slight difference in gold weight before the item was shipped. Shipping was fast and required a signature - an important safety measure with valuable items. As to price - I have shopped around. Gold is (IMO) seriously overpriced - However, Direct Source has prices that are hard to beat. Couldn't find anything of equal weight at a better price.

Excellent bracelet. Solid weight, mirror finish, and looks even better in person. The fit is comfortable, the clasp feels secure, and it lays on the wrist really well. Mine came in right around the advertised weight and included purity paperwork. Shipping was fast , and best price per gram on what i was looking for too . Very happy with the purchase.

One day after I placed my order I received an email stating that the original item I ordered was damaged in shipping and was now out of stock. This was very disappointing. I opted to take the replacement item offered to me rather than ask for my money back. However the item I received was satisfactory and arrived in a very timely manner.
