Unfortunately the account you provided returned the funding payment to us as a closed account. Your loan was then reversed due to us not being able to provide you the funds. Unfortunately this extended verification process was due to having incorrect information on your application as to where we sent your funds. Unfortunately 3 way bank calls are needed at times to verify bank information in these situations, and we are dependent on the banks representative to answer timely, which could cause extended phone time.
