Their service is pretty good. Safe transactions and legitimate keys. Getting a sale is fast. Pre-orders come on time if not few days earlier for pre-loading. I also like how they list some free games to play/download. You guys should try them out if you are a budget gamer like I am.

My order was also cancelled and just a few hours before the game unlocked...To make things worse, this purchase was a birthday gift for a friend. However, d2p did everything they could to make everything right. I recieved a full refund plus a coupon towards my next purchase. Thank you for righting the wrongs.

I was a little hesitant of them a couple years ago, tried them out and have continued to go back ever since. Generally just buy Steam DRM games, so they plug right into my Steam client, but have bought other non Steam games, EA, Ubisoft and all work just fine. I have recommended to my close friends.
