I tried to cancel numerous times because the whitening pen does nothing but make my teeth sensitive to cold and pain. Eventually my account was cancelled, but not before I was charged $34.95. My requests for refund have all been ignored. They have actually never responded to any emails and that is the only method they have to contact them. I believe they are a scam because their is no way to contact them and their product doesn't work.

I have sent several messages and a screenshot of my cancellation on March 16. You continue to bill me. You have forced me to take this up with the Better Business Bureau. It would seem from the lack of response to any of my emails that customer service does not exist at your company. Extremely disappointing!
