You could not read some of the words and the lights were glued on and left white stains. I was told tha this was the back, if so how were we supposed the see them I will not order from them again, i would pay more to get better quality !!!

My item came with a damaged light kit. I emailed customer service but have not gotten a response. The sign its self is a great product, but lack of response about the light kit really lowers my satisfaction with the purchase.

I ordered this over two weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Been sitting waiting to be picked up by USPS for over a week. Is there a rating less than 1 star I could use?

I have not received the item I have ordered. I’ve been charged. No way to track item.
