The Customer Service was great. Sent me a replacement to solve my issue. Unfortunately it did not solve my issue. The only complaint is the clips will not stay in place. When I sit down, my leg pushes the clip out of the pouch. I stand up and the clip fell to the floor. I now load the clip with bullets point up. The heel of the clip seems to stay in place. Thank you for trying.

Great product
Great product. Delivery was slower than advertised. Water under the bridge. My holsters arrived and they are what I wanted and expected. I am looking at other products now with an eye toward gifting some to my kids.

BOGO not honored
Well Timoty, is it your policy to tell people you will do something then do the opposite. I had trouble placing a BOGO order (91713) from your web site, as it charged for both items. I messaged through your support and thought it was all worked out. See below

I let them know the order was placed and order number. Then today I was informed the BOGO offer is past and not being honored as well as shipment info.
Having problems ordering a BOGO item from your web site is not my problem. Then you offered to work with me and but don't.
I sent a message today, after hours, and will see tomorrow what your stance is. If honored, or not, I will update that info. If you make it right people should know, likewise if you don't.

Hi, buy 1 get 1 meant if you buy one item, we will auto add the second item when processed the order. In this case, you pay for 2pcs, it meant you will get 4pcs. If you only need 2 different items, I will refund 50% money back
I expressed I had never heard of this type of BOGO before and appreciated the explanation. I now know why they feel they did nothing wrong. We are still working out returning items, when received, and getting the 50% returned to me. I will upgrade the stars for this feedback and again when this issue is completed and I have a chance to check out the items.
They have issued a refund to my credit card so I have added another star, but that is as high as I can go with all the going back/forth and I appreciate them doing that.
After the misunderstanding was cleared, I feel this company has acted in good faith. Please do not let this issue make you leary of doing business with this company. I also have told people this is a good company.
