Great product, good customer service.
I had an issue with delivery, the experience wasn't perfect. However I give these guys a lot of credit they resolved it I'm happy, the product is satisfactory, very comfortable. I'd absolutely recommend them. I've been a law enforcement officer for almost 15 years, and a firearms instructor for about 8. I've tried and seen a multitude of different carry options, this is the second best IWB holster I've had in my entire career,

The 3 in 1 holster is very comfortable…
The 3 in 1 holster is very comfortable and can be worn all day, without feeling you have a lot of weight around the waist. The only problem is, I am plump around my waist, and the soft fabric folds up, causing a rope effect around my waist. I need a holster that is firm all around my waist. I just saw your Gut Guardian leather holster and am very impressed at how it looks. I will do some research with other companies before I purchase it, something I didn’t do before I purchased the 3 in 1.

Hello again
Hello again, first of all I must again thank you for all of your professional ingenuity when I made a mistake with my order you retrofired it and made it right and forwarded a refund to my bank account. The truly only issue I have is that my 380 easy slide magazine / clip will not fit into the clip slot, it's a single stack clip at that. otherwise, I can't thank you enough for your integrity and product. Ken

Great product so far
The wife and I really like the conceal bags , if I had one criticism it would be that the strap is too short for big guys like me . It’s all the way out and it’s pretty constrictive . Thankfully the wife can sew and she will extend it for me .

Refund Order #98693 & send RMA Shipping Label
Re. Leather Shoulder holster w/ double mag pouches, Order #98691 & 98693. I initially ordered (2) shoulder holsters, but unintentionally ordered (2) more shoulder holsters. I contacted customer service and I had the additional order #98691 removed. However, two weeks after order #98691 was delivered, order #98693 was delivered which was supposed to be cancelled. Please credit me with a refund of $81.46; and send me a RMA shipping label so I can return order #98693. Thank you
