False advertising that the product is ambidextrous. When confronted they admitted to false advertising. They offered a replacement but after several emails and days could provide no left handed replacement product despite the fact that their website was currently selling them. I was robbed and strung along. There is no real customer service and I have the email chain to prove it. P.S. the product was cheaply designed. PPS After two weeks I received an unsolicited package from the company. They sent the full leather shoulder holster with magazine pouches. Unfortunately their attention to detail again failed. The holster is again right handed. WTF , you can't make it up m. Zero stars.

Purchased a 5 in 1 holster.company says made in usa finally got package shipped from China absolute junk.no phone number to call .I keep messaging and messaging to no avail for a return.with no response from online chat.beware

I ordered a tactical Christmas stocking by the picture and description they provided on their website. Package received and it was the wrong stocking. Contacted them immediately and at first just asked to exchange it for the correct one but after emails that did not make sense from them, pressure to keep the wrong stocking I requested a refund. Now I am being told I will have to pay $10 for their return label or I will have to pay cost to return it. I should not have to pay anything since they sent me the incorrect stocking.

It has been two whole weeks since I ordered and I still don't have what I ordered. When I contact customer service, they will respond with "Your order has been processed and is in transit." They offer a tracking number but use some unknown shipper that doesn't track. I will never buy another thing from this outfit!

I’ve already started the dispute process and will be reporting them to every platform available, because this isn’t “delayed shipping” this is consumer fraud with a website attached to it. I ordered a product listed on the website. They sent me a completely different product, when I pointed out their mistake with photos, they still claimed it was the correct item - even though it doesn’t match the item advertised in any way. This was between constant automated responses to my emails and having to explain myself to about 4 times to what seemed like 4 different reps that just didn’t read the email chain. Seems the last week or so they have had a lot of negative reviews, I have asked for a refund but they are unwilling to do that. Seems like it’s time to get the State Attorney General involved because it looks like these deceptive practices aren’t a one off and more of a established business practice.

Holster took forever to be delivered since it is comming from overseas and when trying to contact someone all you get is an automated email and them you will received an email, there is no phone number listed anywere to call. Material is cheap, not made in the US. Will not recomend or buy anything from them.
