I had a bit of a rough start with their Cart adding things I hadn't selected. But once we got past that the folks there were truly committed and very accommodating to get the correct items to me. If you are a patient person and appreciate dealing with polite people, I highly recommend Dinosaurized. I've only had their Holsters for a short time, but so far I am very happy and plan on using them for a very long time.

It arrived on time. I have great trouble putting it on. I cannot do it by just tucking it into my waist band, I have to drop my pants. It is just too difficult to put on.

Looked like a good product so I ordered one. The response and shipping was very slow. The product is well made but lacks any instructions so I mistook an empty pouch for the mag pouch and nothing fit. I had to seek advice and was shown the error of my ways - to use the correct pocket for the mag. I will say that the mag pouch is not where I would want it but it does work.

Ordered 2 Holsters, one left and one right but both are for right hand! Not Happy!

Instant response on order error that was fixed immediately and correctly. Would buy from them again.

If I could give it no stars, I would. One month. Going on 2... I have been waiting for my item. 1 full month. I have paid for my item and I am waiting... And I will most likely be waiting for another month or so. If you like spending money and getting nothing for your trouble, these guys will gladly take it.... and give you nothing! Now they tell me that it's on its way. Shipped out no less. Yet the web site says "Status ORDERED. These items have not yet shipped". I am sorry. There is no trust here. There is no way I can be happy with an order that is one month old and all I get is the same old tired, "We are trying our best...". FINALLY... My holster arrived 6/15/25). My main concern's (other than the length of time it took to get the item) was how well it was built and how it looks for the $'s spent. I am very surprised at the craftsmanship, attention to detail and overall construction of the item. My missus is a seamstress and she was impressed by how well it was made. Look... This purchase was a gamble. And it's a gamble that I took. I can't give 5 stars because of the delay and problems with shipping (selling an item is not customer service, supporting the purchase with accurate information and maintaining direct contact with the purchaser IS customer service), but I am truly impressed with how this item is made. Now I want to go try it out!!!
