The holster I orderd Is a cheap chinese piece of junk! they claim to be a U.S. company but I was chareged a international service charge fee by my bank because the charge was from singapor china.

Ordered my holster in March and haven't received my product or even an excuse . Tried multiple times to reach out to their customer support with no response . Finally they got back to me said they would make it right , I'm still waiting . Recommend you spend your money at a place that actually cares about doing good business .

I ordered a shoulder hoslter, which is advertised as one size fits all - and I'm only slightly thinner than average size and 6'4" tall. I was away when it was delivered. The hoslter, on it's smallest setting, was still too large for me and when I tried to return it, it wasn't allowed becuase I as outside the return window. I put it in a closet and forgot about it. I recently received a solicitation from them and replied by e-mail that I wouldn't buy again due to the prior situation. They immediately responded they would make good on the prior purchase and that I could have any replacement product of equal or lesser cost for free. I identified what I wanted and they sent a 20% off couplon - a far stretch from free. I spent the next 6 days going back and forth with them and becuase I don't save e-mails and can't provide an original order number, they retracted their offer, even though I offered to return the shoulder holster as "proof of purchase". This company's products seem well built but their customer service is horrendous and for that reason alone, I'll never buy from them again. There are too many competitors that are anxious for my business or any business.

I ordered a bag from them. During the ordering process I clicked the order button and figured I should have been done. However it took me to another page saying my order was not complete. They were trying to upsell me. There was no way to cancel out of this page, back button didn't work so I closed the browser thinking the order would be in limbo. NO it had completed my order. By this time I had developed a distrust of this company. This distrust played out over the next several emails. I promply emailed support telling them what happened. It hadn't been 5 minutes. I got the automated reply very quickly. It stated I needed to supply order number and email address used for order if I needed it expodited. I had encluded that information but sent another email with the information. This was a Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning I received a reply offering me a $14 refund, less than 25% of my order cost, and I could keep the items that were shipped or Option 2 and exchange for another item. I needed to reply to let them know what I wanted to do. I replied I didn't want either I just wanted a complete refund. Each email from this point takes at least 1 day or more to get a reply. The next day I received the followup to my second refund request. In this email they stated how sorry they were but my order had already been shipped and could not be cancelled. However I had no information to indicate that. When I finally received a tracking number I could see that the items had not been shipped as I was told. They lied. I have seen this same tactic in at least one other complaint on here. So now as the email said I had to wait for the items to ship and for me to receive them so I can send them back. I have received them and I contacted support. Guess what. I am going through the same nonsense again. They offered me some discout/product in exchange. So I have to ask again for a refund. This company is one that should be avoided in my opinion. Possibly if everything goes right and you happen to like your product, it's okay. However, if things don't, and btw I don't these bags are inferior and not what I was lead to believe they were supposed to be, you will not enjoy trying to get a refund.

I was never answered by the Support team (support @dinosaurizrd.co) about returning the Dinosaurized holster I purchased from this company. I tried emailing them, as well as the Service option, but was ignored. Later I learned that my cousin had experienced the same issue. My advice is never buy from Dinosaurized, unexisting customer support.

Absolute garbage product. Returned at my expense within the time limit. Only offers were more cheap imported junk at a discount. Sent it back and got $0. Company quit responding to emails. BBB complaint filed and company didn't answer them either. Don't buy anything from them.
