Hi, please check and reply to our email. We already offered the refund and we will use expedited service to resend your order. This is the mistake from the post office, they didn’t notify us about this problem. When you emailed, we checked with them immediately but didn’t get a reply. To clarify, your order was shipped in two separate packages: one containing the belt and the other containing the holster.
