Order placed September 27th, 3 days later the label was created in Irving TX and as of October 6th it is still in Irving Texas. No updates UPDATE: The exact same "we are excited to inform you that you order will be processed between 7-14 business days not including weekends" While I appreciate trust pilot looking into it..This is the same cut and paste reply everyone else who had shipping or contact issues. More of a don't call us we'll call you bandaid on a terrible customer disservice
