Just worked with Kate, very easy process. Although she stated she was extrememly busy with other "chatters" we managed to keep up with the ordering process quite well. I found a cheaper price on one of the items I was ordering and she honored it. Now let's see how soon I get the order? Great experience so far Jane V.

This associate is all about customer service, I have worked in retail for over forty years myself . Kate got the customer service skills down to a pack.
