Excellent Costumer Service Grace at Dinning Rooms Outlet

Grace was very helpful and patient with my questions.

enjoyed talking with Grace. very polite and helped by answering all my questions. She even gave me a little discount! Looking forward to my two tables being delivered.

John Idicula provided me with excellent customer service. I told him that I was looking for a dining room set for my dad, that is turning 91 years old and that I am on a tight budget. John was very knowledgeable, informative, very friendly, and professional. I was able to purchase a great dining table set at a great price because of John. Wonderful Customer Service Skills.

Great experience with ordering furniture. Kate and Walter were very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. They worked with me to get a great price and make sure I could have my items delivered when I wanted them. (I needed to postpone delivery due to maintenance being done in my room). Walter followed up with me when I asked him to and was very pleasant to talk to.

Kate was exceptionally helpful setting me with a lease option for bedroom furniture !
