John was very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to receiving my dinning room set

Walter was very courteous and helpful in addressing the issue I was having in placing my order. He was a pleasure to work with and the order was completed successfully.

John was absolutely perfect! Excellent customer service!

I chatted with Pam and she helped me placed my order. She even waived the shipping of the 1 item I needed to buy from the other store! John who was equally helpful, finalized my order. They both provided and excellent service and made the ordering process very easy.

I had the pleasure of working with Vicki. She was extremely helpful in assisting and placing my order. She was very responsive and followup since it took us a couple of days to make a decision. I will always come back to Dining Rooms Outlet and will definitely ask for Vicki. Your first contact with a company is very critical for a customer and Vicki made your company proud.

After a not totally satisfying experience at a local discount furniture store, decided to look online for alternatives. Came up with Diningroomsoutlet and, after duplicating our previous in-person search, decided to call and discuss further details. Were lucky to hook up with Xavier who was extremely helpful and we placed the order with him. Would recommend Xavier to anyone looking for furniture.

John was very helpful and responsive. The overall experience in purchasing my new dining table was great!
