Customer service is easy to find now a days, but GREAT customer service is pretty much impossible to find. Not here, Rebekah was great! Very helpful and fast! She was able to get all of our questions answered and the order done in under 5 minutes...very impressed! As this was our first purchase from this company, we will definitely be looking to order in the future.

I can only say this was my best shopping experience ever! Going forward, I will only shop with Diningroomsoutlet.com for my furniture needs. I worked with a chat agent (ARIANA). and a salesperson over the phone. They stayed with me until I completed my order. I had a few horrible experiences with my local furniture stores before searching online. THANK YOU!!!

Andrian was a true pleasure to deal with and helped us out tremendously. We are excited to receive our Magnolia Manor Dining set The fact that it came with 2 leaves was perfect for our large family. Thank you so much for your help!!!

If there isn’t a middleman meaning the white gloves delivery company this would’ve been a perfect experience. Shipping to the middleman creates more time and more acceptance to damages. I found two dime size scratches on the footbed not a deal buster.
