Ordered a dining table several days ago, but unfortunately it was completely out of stock and discontinued at the manufacturer's. The website had another table I was interested in, so called to cancel the original order and place a new one. Had the pleasure of speaking to Xavier P. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and he addressed all my concerns. He stayed on the phone with me until all automatic order emails and links he sent via text were received.
