Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the armoire. This company stays in contact with you through the entire process, including shipping and delivery updates. Ariana’s customer service is superior. The delivery men were, as well. I’m a customer for life!

Still a long wait on furniture but it's that way everywhere. Cindy was amazing. Accommodated my shipping requests. My phone wasn't working well and she then placed it for me. Excellent service.

Andrian is fantastic!!!I am an Interior Designer in San Diego and was separate to fine a particular dining rm table by Bernhardt. ( It was backordered until next year ) Andrian searched the warehouse and found one and then went to extra effort to get it deliverable to San Diego, CA! He is the bomb! ( He is also beyond professional!! )

So Far, Everything is Great. Ria has been very Personable and Attentive. We Ordered the Bladen-3 Piece Set-Rocker Recliner, Sofa & Loveseat at a Very Good Price. We Ordered from Discount not just because of the Price, but, because it Stated it should be Delivered within 4 to 6 Weeks; Which will Definitely be before the Holidays hit. Other places had Delivery much Further out. So We Shall See. Again Ria was Great. Ordered Today-Tuesday-9-21-2021
