"To good to be true. Yes the prices are good. I was so happy to find these prices that I hurried up and ordered 3k worth of bar furniture. Then sometime in the middle of the night I just got worried. I woke up and started doing research on the company itself. I only found 5 star or 1 star reviews (what’s up with that). Anyhow it was enough to convince me to cancel my order, since my email said I had 24 hours. But before I contacted the company, I contacted my bank and did a stop payment (I was stupid enough to do a payment out of my checking account to get the extra $150 discount. Then I reached out to the company via email and phone call, to cancel my order. I thought I was done. WRONG! I did all of this before 9am EST. I received a phone call later in the day, trying to pressure me to reconsider my purchase. I stood firm and said no. Then the next day I received a note from my bank that they (my bank) had to refuse payment based on my request for stop payment. This company still tried to get payment for an order that I by phone and writing cancelled within my 24 hour window. So if you are considering a purchase from these people, don’t. I went to Wayfair and purchased what I wanted, at least I know I will get the furniture and they have good customer service. And I’m getting my products within two weeks. This other company said it would be 8-10 weeks delivery. By the way the products are the same. Just more expensive, but I know I will have my furniture, so it will be worth it."

Buyer BEWARE!! Purchased a buffet in Sept 2021. Paid $100 foe the white glove service where the item gets inspected then set up at your home. Was told the time would be ready in Nov but wasn’t ready for delivery until Dec 2021. 3 days before Christmas scheduled to have the time delivered . When the delivery guys showed up they said after opening up the packaging the item is damaged and wouldn’t bring it inside. I had to contact diningroomoutlet over 15 times and kept being told that Isabel or a manager would call me back. I even had 3 scheduled calls to discuss the matter and the customer service manager would never call. Finally spoke to Isabel over 3 weeks later and said that the replacement item wouldn’t be available until November 2022! I said refund me ASAP. Now I get an email that they want to charge me 30 percent restock fee for an item that I never even saw and was never even taken out of the delivery truck!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!! Do not buy from them!!!

Purchased in mid-November. They charged $1 per pd for delivery to New Hampshire but ok. Initially all was great....Received weekly updates on order status. On 12/15 was notified that my delivery was scheduled for 12/20. 12/17 they advised that items arrived damaged and they were cancelling the 12/20 delivery and would advise of next steps in 3 business days. Did not get any updates from Emma Mason other than they would let me know when they heard from manufacturer. On 1/6 the delivery company called and said they would be delivering my bed on 1/10. When I asked for an earlier daytime delivery or reschedule as I had a work conflict, they stated that I would then have to wait 6-8 weeks till next time they are in area for delivery. I rearranged my schedule, threw away old bed and expected delivery on 1/10. Instead freight company delivered a box of metal slabs for the bed and had no other details where the rest of my bed was. When I contacted Emma Mason and requested someone contact me asap to discuss I was told someone would get back to me when available. Haven't heard anything. Now they have my money, my ridiculous delivery fee, and I have no bed to sleep on, and no response from Emma Mason not to mention over $2k. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is cause it started out to be a positive buying experience.

They never delivered the furniture and are trying to charge a 30% restocking fee. Waited over 10 months for them to try to deliver a partial shipment of damaged furniture! Never buy from them!

You'd have better luck making your own furniture than purchasing from here. Ordered furniture in May and it's almost October without any indication of if it'll ever be received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unscrupulous billing practices and no service recovery.

If I could give negative reviews, I would. Not only did we never end up getting our furniture after 9 months of waiting, but the customer service is the worst we have ever had in our lives. We ordered numerous pieces of furniture from the company (dining room, living room, bedroom, tv stand) and only ended up receiving 2 full orders (dining room table and bedroom set). 1. The TV stand we ordered was supposedly discontinued, which we were never notified on and were the ones that had to contact the company about the order. Then, the NUMEROUS delays that we were not told of for the different order we placed for the living room table set (including tv stand) was cancelled. 2. The single couch we ordered was consistently delayed with no notification. We were told numerous different dates of shipping, which then the dates passed by and we had to contact the company ourselves to only find out it was delayed another few months. 3. The kitchen table was never actually shipped or sent. We waited 8-9 months until they FINALLY told us the order needed to be cancelled because the manufacturer was unable to be reached, after we were told a variety of different dates and reasons for the delays. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company (any of the discount/outlet websites they show, living room, dining room, bedroom, etc.). They have so much work to do on the back end with customer service, truth in dates and shipment, etc. We ended up going with Wayfair and Overstock for furniture pieces and got items within 2-3 weeks, instead of 9+ Months with this company that NEVER contacted us about anything delayed. So frustrating and unprofessional.

I ordered a very expensive dining room set, and it came in damaged with eight flaws in the table and one in the chair. After six weeks of going back-and-forth my table is still sitting here they have sent two technicians out that said neither the chair nor the table could be fixed. I asked for them to pick up the table and refund my money after they have refused to replace the table with a brand new one with no flaws. Now they are telling me that I have to pay the cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel this order I expected brand new furniture with no flaws.

I feel like I am being scammed. Got an email 2 months ago saying it had shipped. I have been calling the delivery people, emailing the company and calling both companies and get the "I should hear from someone by the end of the week to schedule delivery." I was nervous about buying furniture online and now my fears have come true. My bank told me I could dispute the charge anytime, so I will be doing so if I dont get delivery scheduled by tomorrow!! I just got off the phone and was told the local delivery company is expecting it today, ha! Tomorrow I am calling my bank!!!
