Stay away! Not contactable, it takes 5-8 calls before my phone rings it just shows missed calls BUT MY PHONE NEVER RANG SCAMMERS AND SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING!

The service was unreliable from the beginning and became increasingly frustrating to use. Calls, messages and notifications were inconsistent, making it impossible to trust for anything important. The final straw came when I decided to leave. After building a long-term identity around my Dingtone number, I was told I would need to pay US$300 just to obtain transfer rights before I could even attempt to port the number to another provider. Even then, there was no guarantee the transfer would be approved or completed. That is absurd!! A customer should not have to pay hundreds of dollars for the possibility of leaving a service that is not meeting expectations. The combination of poor reliability, lack of transparency and an expensive, uncertain exit process leaves a very bad impression. Stay away from Dingtone! In my opinion, it has been a complete waste of money and the entire experience feels far too close to a scam for any service that expects customers to trust it with an important phone number.

They scammed me, I bought a US number to do verification with a UK number, it never receive the SMS or Call verification, the call is bugged and not working at all it always return: System busy, error code: 420. and when i texted them in their support email they never reply too. This service costed me 12$ 6$ for the US number and 6$ for the credit package, and I didn't benefit from anything. Avoid Totally Scammers.

I bought a number subscription and credits, and it only worked for 3 days. It started showing an error when calling: "server error 402, Server failed" (Something like this), and I can't report it because there's no way to report it. However, my subscription is still available for another 27 days, and I have 131 More credits remaining.

Dingtone is a clearly publicly cheating and scammer company to 90% customers money by not providing any of their subscribed service and even not refunding the customer’s money. Apple is partner with them in this fraud scam and both companies are making money ignoring customers support at their lowest ethical business level in the market . Apple has recently gone down to their lowest customer protection support level customers do not want to buy apple products because no refund policy anymore. Sumerjaindel@gmail

After I bought their subscription, I tried to make a call and that’s when the real problem started. They said I needed to verify my number, so I selected my country and tried to verify — but it kept saying ‘failed to send code’ every time. Why don’t they ask for verification before taking the payment? This is the worst experience. Never install this app — they will take your money. Total scam and fraud app.

I am writing this review to warn others about a severe issue with fraudulent charges. This app charged my iTunes account for a phone number that was never delivered. The transaction showed an "error," yet the full amount was immediately deducted from my payment method. Furthermore, any credit you purchase within the app seems to be at high risk. I experienced my credit balance being drained overnight without any usage on my part. The service is unreliable, but their billing system is far too effective at taking money. This is a serious pattern of behavior that warrants investigation by the Apple team. I feel completely scammed and would never recommend this app to anyone.
