I want to put zero stars …. But it won’t let me Worst App EVER!!!! If you want to speak to your significant other in the USA from the U.K. calls drop or they don’t even show up or have a ringtone at all they take your money when connecting and then turn it around and say it’s a you problem it’s causing a lot of unnecessary issues in my relationship as it’s looking like it’s me when it isn’t tried to contact them about 10 times with the same issues and yet they do nothing is anyone else having these problems ? 23 missed calls not showing up and 9 voice mails not showing up either until I look into my email this is not on and needs to be sorted ASAP……

Absolute rubbish. Scammed me out the money and it does NOT work. Couldn't even receive a text msg despite it being sent multiple times. You can't contact them. They have a fake help section but when you click submit issue it does nothing. BEWARE IT IS A SCAM.

I tried their service and then wanted to cancel it, but the problem is that the DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT option is buried deep into one of the menus and I ended up spending at least, if more than 45 minutes trying to find it and even then I found it by accident! Very bad designof their user interface and to cause customers to waste time to deal with something like this!

DINGTONE isn't safe, they're numerous hackers on their service! Be careful! Whatsapp is also unsafe! Some people foolishly believe that conversations are encrypted, they lie. Be careful of sharing your personal information via these two particular apps

I wanted to get rid of a number over dongtone that was fraudulently set up so I emailed support they told me it would be 160$ over PayPal? And I signed up through Google pay unlimited for 9.99 a most .. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS .. SHARE NOTHING

The worst evil dingtone app I ever used and they are good enough to ripoff your credit and when you try to make a call the evil stinking system just cut off your call

Trustpilot, please review the platform. You let people to use a network where contact the service. Dingtone dk not deliver their promise. Annoyingly, no way to communicate them. I have not been receiving 😕 bonuses promised when you purchase credits from Dingtone. I haven't received my bonuses for a very long time now. Is DINGTONE a scam. TRUSTPILOT is Dingtone a transparent network without service. GET WHAT YOU GET. COOKIE CUTTER. I need my bonuses, you deprived your customers/users the incentive you promised to deliver. BROAD DAY LIGHT SCAMMING.
