Beyond the great passive income, Dimo shines in it's core functions.

The Bluetooth experience was annoying because I had Bluetooth connected to my car and I had to disconnect just to connect to the device. Also the double sided sticky tape was basically useless so I had to find my own zip ties just to secure the unit. The cable connecting to the port with long enough to make it something I could hide it. But also you should hide all the ports that connected like the USB ports ethernet ports because this is a vehicle that's going to get a lot of salt and sand you should make a unit that those ports are protected. Also you should make this unit a lot more industrial grade because a vehicle is going to get 40 Celsius easily on the inside.

The customer service team has been able to resolve my issues with ease. I was frustrated when I got my device but the support team made the resolution so painless. The DIMO team is great!
